We are a little over a month into the project now. There has been some major demolition so far to 67 Quarry Street. The lift shaft has been opened up, there has been a lot of steel beams added to support what is an older building and the house is unrecognisable now.
The builders (Ashlar Construction) have been really accommodating and although there has been some loud noise they have managed to keep this to a minimum and work at our quieter times of the day to not disturb patients and clients.
Check out our latest video update below where Alex gives you a tour of the site, and we’ve also published our floorplans below, so you can see how we’re utilising all of the new space.
Development Update #2 | Site Tour
Now that work is well underway, we thought we would share a quick tour of the site, and we've also posted the floor plans on our website so you can see exactly how we're going to be utilising our new space! The next big step is creating an opening between the old upstairs bedrooms and what is currently our staff room and office. We now have a container in the car park that will house the team at lunchtime each day and allow the builders to proceed without disrupting the flow on the ground floor.
We will keep you posted along the way and look forward to sharing more photos and videos with you as development progresses.
